Holiday Eggnog Recipe
- Cocktail shaker
- 4 glasses
5 min, plus time if you make your own the eggnog (or use store-bought)
- Remove spring from cocktail strainer and place it in shaker. Secure pint glass on top and shake it like a Polaroid picture (and turn up the music). The spring will help froth up the drink. (Psst: This technique also works great for whiskey sours or any drink with a frothy top.)
- Pour rum and eggnog into four glasses. Or put it all in one big bowl. Garnish with a little fresh nutmeg. Makes 4 servings.
