Sapsucker Farms. - From Mora, MN, Sapsucker Farms has been certified organic by MOSA since 2008. Their certified organic crops include: maple syrup, vegetables, apples, plums, cherries, pears, and grapes. Yellow Belly hard cider. supports other apple growers in Minnesota to source freshest apple juice possible because they don’t have enough apples to make the amount of cider they want to make! They buy from orchards where they watch every apple get pressed into juice just hours before it is put into their tanks for hard cider production on their farm.
